This is really the main concern on why casinos like Rollbit discourage to use VPN since they don't want people to violate this matter.
I don't also think that this issue has something to do with VPN usage. But rather maybe Rollbit detect something and think about there's multi accounting happened that's why that issue exist. If it happen that someone stole his information then I guess that might give him a problem, especially that he can use it on other site that will ask a KYC verification. But let see how this issue end up and looking forward to see good action and he confirm that everything is fine after Rollbit solve his issue.
Why would be that trying out to access or make use of VPN if you are prohibited in the first place? On the moment that you do try out to access the site and found out that you do have those kind of errors........................

Since Rollbit is one of the official casinos that has clear legality, they have a security system to detect suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts from one device or inconsistent locations due to VPN use. And although the use of VPN is not always the main cause, to anticipate abuse, such as the creation of multiple accounts or identity theft, the use of VPNs must be prohibited by the casino.
So I agree that the best solution is to wait for the verification process from Rollbit and avoid using VPN when accessing this kind of site if it is not really necessary.

then better not to pursue on making use of VPN on which pretty sure that your country is prohibited to access the site. So its better to find yourself with other platforms on which pretty sure that there are tons of options out there and you wont be needing up to proceed and making use of VPN and later on whining on why your account has been blocked.
Also, reading up sites terms and conditions isnt that that costing you an arm and leg. When it comes to bonuses then abuse is there but since these are businesses then they do know
on what they should gonna do on detecting out those abusers.

If the casino allows VPN, you can use it if you don't do any multi accounting activities on their platform. You use VPN that is allowed and you don't break any rule of their ToS without multi-acounting activities so you don't have to worry that VPN usage will be used as a reason against your account and its fund. For security reason since VPN is not all about bypassing restrictions, but because of many abuse happened for example multi accounting and bypassing restrictions the casino flagged some users that's why some people encounter an issue with it.
That's why as much as we can we should avoid using VPN. If they think they are not in comfortable places better not to gamble, they could just do it when they think everything is fine and they don't need to worry about their safety. Also other should not think about bypassing a restriction since for sure the casino have ways to detect their actions done.
Many gamblers use VPN due to their country being on the restricted list which screws them since they are basically giving away free money to those casinos. Using VPNs to access the site if the government bans it is totally fine though. If the casino allows VPN, you can use it if you don't do any multi accounting activities on their platform. I think I will try thos suggestions of using a mirror link but the question is that is it all site that have mirror link, because I have seen a few of them that announced their mirror links but not all platforms put that out for us to know .Many gamblers use VPN due to their country being on the restricted list which screws them since they are basically giving away free money to those casinos. Even better alternative would be to use official mirror links/proxies without requiring VPNs at all which is what I do from time to time within various sites.

Hey buik, I am just wondering how far with your case?Iรยve been dealing with this since March 31st, and itรยs still not resolved.
I got a response from their compliance team รย they mentioned AML concerns and something about รยlinked or associated accounts.รย Honestly, I dont know what to do anymore, I have only one account and I dont know what they mean by declaring potentional or associated accounts.
I provided all the info they requested back on April 16th, but havenรยt received any meaningful follow-up. This is dragging on way too long, and itรยs becoming really frustrating.
Will keep you all updated if anything changes รย still hoping for a fair resolution.
Have you got any response so far, including from the compliance team that you were told to contact? It's surely 7 days now, at least there should be some answers, requests on away forward to get your issue resolved.
There are many gamblers who do not heed the rules applied by each casino so that when problems arise they relatively blame the casino even though they are the ones who violate the rules applied. Using a VPN is certainly not a good thing for gambling because every casino has very strict rules at this time so if the violation is known then the account can be banned and lose a lot of money because of a small mistake.I would avoid using VPN with casinos or even crypto exchanges. It might raise red flags that lead to difficulties when trying to withdraw. After all, the casinos are required by law to make sure that nobody from forbidden countries is playing and withdrawing their winnings.
If gamblers from restricted countries get caught, they will have to forfeit their account and their winnings.
And if the gamblers are from non-restricted countries, but they use a VPN, then that just might lead to them having to wait a long time before they can use their account or withdraw winnings while the casino is checking their KYC documents.
They are there but have not been active in the forum in the past few months so even if you send a private message, it's likely to go unanswered. Are there any rollbit representatives here?
