Scam Reports Other Active 94 views View on BitcoinTalk
I am posting this to document my experience with OjeToken.io and the circumstances under which I was unable to withdraw the funds shown in my account.

I first came across a Telegram channel using the name "Mateo Rojas" that was promoting a cryptocurrency arbitrage strategy.

The instructions were essentially:

1. Buy ETH on Binance or another major exchange.
2. Send the ETH to OjeToken.io.
3. Sell the ETH on OjeToken.io.
4. Withdraw the resulting USDT or USDC.

I followed these instructions and transferred ETH to the address provided by OjeToken.

After the transaction, my OjeToken account showed a balance of approximately 3,678 USDT.

When I later attempted to withdraw the funds, I was told that I needed to deposit approximately another 3,500 USDT in order to verify the account and/or enable the withdrawal.

I did not make that additional deposit.

The situation became more concerning when I was subsequently instructed to send additional ETH to an Ethereum address associated with the platform.

The Ethereum address I was given is:

[ETH ADDRESS — INSERT HERE]

I have not sent the additional ETH requested.

I also completed the KYC process requested by the platform, including providing an identity document.

There is another detail that I consider relevant.

I discovered another website, IstarDust.io. The same username and password that I use for OjeToken.io also work on IstarDust.io.

I do not know why the same credentials work on both websites, and I am not claiming that this alone proves that the two websites are operated by the same people. I am simply documenting what I personally observed.

Amount Scammed:

Approximately 3,678 USDT shown as the balance in my OjeToken account.

Important clarification: I have not paid the additional approximately 3,500 USDT requested to unlock/verify the account.

The amount actually transferred to OjeToken should be established from the blockchain transactions listed below.

Payment Method:

Additional transactions, if applicable:

PM/Chat Logs:

I have screenshots of the communications and instructions received through Telegram and/or the OjeToken platform.

I will provide screenshots showing:

* The arbitrage instructions.
* The instructions to transfer ETH.
* The balance displayed by OjeToken.
* The withdrawal attempt.
* The request for an additional approximately 3,500 USDT.
* The subsequent request to deposit additional ETH.
* Any relevant KYC/verification messages.

Personal information and identity documents will be censored before publication.

Additional Notes:

The main reason I am posting this report is the withdrawal requirement.

The platform showed approximately 3,678 USDT in my account, but I was unable to withdraw those funds without first sending additional money.

I have not sent the additional approximately 3,500 USDT.

I have also not sent the additional ETH requested afterwards.

I am documenting the situation based on my own transactions, screenshots and communications. I am not claiming that every person or account associated with the Telegram channel or the websites is necessarily the same person or entity.

I am also not asking anyone to contact or harass anyone involved.

I am not looking for a "recovery agent" or anyone offering to recover the funds for me. I will not send cryptocurrency to anyone claiming that they can recover the funds.

I am posting the evidence so that other cryptocurrency users can review the transactions and the withdrawal requirements and draw their own conclusions.

Evidence summary:

1. ETH was purchased on another exchange.
2. ETH was transferred to an address provided for the OjeToken operation.
3. OjeToken displayed approximately 3,678 USDT in my account.
4. Withdrawal was not available.
5. I was asked to deposit approximately 3,500 USDT for verification/withdrawal activation.
6. I did not make that deposit.
7. I was subsequently instructed to send additional ETH.
8. The same username and password used on OjeToken also worked on IstarDust.io.
9. I have blockchain transactions and screenshots documenting the above.

I will update this thread with the transaction hashes and screenshots so that the information can be independently checked on-chain.

Since you said you have evidence, I suggest sharing it here now. It might not help you get your money back, but it could help others make their decision to avoid the website.

Judging from what you wrote, I doubt you'll get your money back, and seeing that you found another website that has a different domain(similar UI, but different color, in my opinion), and you are able to use the username and password you use on OjeToken.io, it's most likely that both websites are connected and operated by the same people.

Would you mind fixing your thread's title? You should put a title that gives at least an idea about the issue you are experiencing.

I discovered another website, IstarDust.io. The same username and password that I use for OjeToken.io also work on IstarDust.io.
Try logging into these other sites; they’ll likely work too:
Code:https://redcex.com
https://cryptolane.org
Scams like this usually run over a dozen sites as backups, they don't want to stop just because you've discovered one of them. It’s a costly lesson: never again trust people who offer platforms privately.

Since you said you have evidence, I suggest sharing it here now.
Even without further proof, I can already guess that the OP has fallen for a classic scam scheme, like a "bitcoin doubler" service.

I was asked to deposit approximately 3,500 USDT for verification/withdrawal activation.

The moment a platform demands extra money to unlock a withdrawal, you should know it's a scam. Never send them any more funds, regardless of what they claim.

The balance showing in your account is fake, and any extra money you send will just be lost. The platform was designed to take your ETH from the start. I am sorry for your loss, but let this be a lesson. Next time, ask for advice here or in another community you trust before sending your funds to suspicious sites or "too-good-to-be-true" schemes.

I can't understand why you passed up so many good exchanges the ones at the top of CoinMarketCap to create an account and deposit a large sum of money into a very strange, obscure exchange that has no Twitter account and no positive feedback. if you had taken just five minutes to research it, you would have easily discovered that there is nothing but negative information about it for example, on this site:

source:  https://chainabuse.com/report/bb490b59-93f0-47e4-b777-a50f4fae5c96?context=search-domain&d=

Someone was scammed out of 450 USDT and shared their story so others wouldn't go through the same thing. If you Google " ojetoken.io review" the first thing you see is a warning that the site is a fraudulent investment scheme, so it wouldn't have taken much time to discover it was a scam. I am very sorry for your loss; next time, don't use a site without researching it first. It doesn't matter if the person recommending the site is someone you trust you should always do your own research before using a site. Also, never put a large amount of money into a site you've just started using; deposit a small amount first to test whether you actually receive the funds when you try to withdraw them.

If the OP had taken the time to read their Terms of Service, he would have realized that he was dealing with an obvious scam platform.

In section 6.2, they ask users to make an Insurance Deposit/transaction ranging from 10% to 200% of the total amount of the withdrawal.

Also, in section 6.6, they required to upgrade to a premium account when their balance exceeds a certain amount, such as $500. They also threaten to confiscate any funds above that amount if the user does not upgrade within a certain period.

No legitimate exchange does this.

without even reading the rest of the topic, i knew your money is gone.

this arbitrage strategy scam has been around since i got into crypto, the scammer would make an exchange where you can get a better rate for exchanging your crypto, but it's just bait to scam people.
i remember there were so many youtube videos promoting this scam.

I also completed the KYC process requested by the platform, including providing an identity document.
i'm 100% sure they are going to sell/use your identity for fraud. you should probably report that to the police in case that comes to bite you in the ass.

i'm actually surprised they had that info in the terms.

It’s sad to see the OP lose his money. He should know that there is no way to get his money back except through the proper authorities. He should stay away from any platform saying that they can recover his money.

This is exactly what scammers do. They attract you by promising big profits through arbitrage on platforms they control that either don’t show real prices or offer unrealistic benefits. They then get their victims to deposit money there, and the victim eventually finds their account frozen and is unable to withdraw their money.

i'm actually surprised they had that info in the terms.
This was one of the loopholes they left, because they clearly know that many people don’t read the ToS. They agree to the terms without even reading them and create an account.
