This is indeed a nice extra boost for their active gamblers, but they should not look at as prime reason to spend above their limits or gamble more what they can afford to lose. 

But somehow yeah that reward really works best for their regular players, but they should not pressured to increase their bets. Responsible gamble should be the one came on their mind first. Better think that this is good promotion to get some little from them while they enjoy playing their games.
