Ok so base on those feed backs on trust pilot it seems there's something wrong going here. But maybe you could also post a scam accusation against them if you have proof that they scam you.

For sure many people would support you if they many people here could verify your allegations against them. So far their ratings somehow gives them negative impressions for some people, but if you have further more evidence to post then follow those recommendation since for sure that no people would  support them if they are really a bad casino.

So possibly, it's been a long time since they must have been in communication with their campaign manager outside of this forum, and the manager have taught them all about the forum and it's benefits to their business.

In this forum alone, there were some casino abusers who had the audacity to write lengthy scam accusation posts. In other cases, it was also revealed, some were barking at the wrong tree or had the wrong idea about something.

It wouldn't be so surprising if a similar situation could occur in trustpilot that is much more popular than bitcointalk. Hence, I believe a discussion is necessary. I think it's only fair that we hear both sides of the story first.
