Thankfully, 1win isn't doing that, they are aware that giving money to other companies isn't the way to do marketing, giving money to players is the reason why they are growing this much and that should be the most important part of the world.

Those old billboard marketing is still a fine way to go when it's on expressways and very crowded roads, there are people that are not always in the internet and they still want to get them covered too, it's still a nice way to market and who knows soon if someone out there might see done from 1win.

It's very likely reason but maybe there is another reason, that they saw it on other platforms and copied it to their own but I believe this reason is less likely actual reason.

Mostly old program styles can work well but sometimes in innovative game changing time, those old style programs fail and companies spent huge budget for nothing like this can collapse. Marketing is hard and complicated with any company even big ones as money if is used for bad and inefficient programs will be like burning and it harms the company too.

It is very important to allocate a large portion of the project budget to marketing, but there is no benefit in a lot of money because it is important to allocate spending limits because a lack of budget will be a problem, especially in a competitive context, and a large budget is also a problem if there is no clear plan for spending channels. I know many brands that died because of a poor choice of the appropriate marketing strategy despite the huge budget allocated for it.

For me, a casino thread isnt just for prediction and odd discussion, there are several threads in the gambling discussion board that centered on this discussions, a casino thread can house other discussions aside the ones you mentioned, example is the casino itself and the service they render to the gambling community, comparison with other casinos based on individual experiences and so on,
Sharing of idea of new features that if implemented could enhance the user experience and growth of the casino etc.

So for me, I think any discussion that is withing any of this categories I mentioned is an off-topic discussion here.

It should be more of prediction, odds, bonuses and new markets discussion on 1 win. I usually share some tips here and it would get buried and nobody seems to care about wagers here or interested to share betting tips. It wasn't this way at the beginning, the whole off-topic thing just started some weeks ago.

I'm always looking forward to sharing betting tips, betslips every weekends here and to seek for some tips too but that hasn't happened.

[/quote]I agree with you on this point and I would like to add another element which is that it is also possible to discuss the news of sports available for betting on 1Win and I personally discussed many times some details of the leagues and clubs of some of my favorites or even important matches even without having bet on any of their chances. This topic is to continue discussions on everything related to the gambling industry in general including 1win and various gambling games. 
In general, if anyone believes that any of the posts are off topic, they can easily use "report to the moderators" feature or add unwanted posters to the ignore list. I personally suggest that discussions always run smoothly and that we support 1win and bitcointalk for providing this space for expression and exchange of ideas.

I agree with you on this point and I would like to add another element which is that it is also possible to discuss the news of sports available for betting on 1Win and I personally discussed many times some details of the leagues and clubs of some of my favorites or even important matches even without having bet on any of their chances. 1win.global. You need to work on your cashouts. Every other reputed platform has instant cashouts, and it is the industry standard. You guys sometimes take around 48 hrs to process INR cashouts (which I am experiencing right now again) which is not acceptable at all. First  cashout option are very limited for Indians, and if the only option will take this much time, it is not a good experience. 
One more thing, please add more details to the cashout transaction history details, like UTR.

Although I can't relate properly to what you are saying though but correct me if am wrong too, so you are saying that cash out for IRN currency when used to bet a game is actually limited? I don't know how that works but for me I feel what actually limits cash out or hold it back sometimes is maybe due to the nature of the actual games played because I have experience cash out delay in other casino on games which I was certain that I would be given cash out and due to the lack of this sometimes the bet end up bad when it all plays through.
