Casinos that people know which were scamming people were still rated very high so the reviews websites started losing their reputations till now. 
And now the only place or website that can give legit information about a casino website is bitcointalk forum here, though as others have said, there are some users that still give fake reviews in this forum because of the reward attached and they don't want to lose the reward so they gave biased reviews.  But it this forum is the best because when others have discovered the biased reviews, we correct them. And I believed 1win is one of the casinos that has reputation and they will keep that trust for a very long time (forever).

Think about it: these casinos invest a significant amount of money in promotions, successfully attract gamblers, and build a base of repeat players who generate consistent daily profits. Why would they risk all that for a one-time scam? It doesnÂt make sense for a business that values steady income.

Well, we've seen many casinos go out of business, with some running away with clients' money; detecting unscrupulous casinos is far too simple for someone like myself who has been in the gambling industry for a long time. Before making a deposit at a casino, I checked their website registrants, domain, and Audi/operating relicense. 1win passed all of my tests, and I have a strong belief that they will become one of the biggest and most reputable casinos if they continue on their current path.

They have a good manager here so I believe the marketing department are also working on the right path too.

Several of us have known 1win long before they joined this forum, this is a very reputable casino to be honest with you, they are not building their reputation, only those who are new to 1win thinks or believe that they are just building their reputation, for many of us who have known them from way back, they already built their reputation in the past and currently riding on the glory, all we can say and hope for is that they continue to maintain it for as long as possible.
