A newbie make a post after your post asking you to let him send you a DM, it means that you are not allowing newbies to send you a DM.
If you want them to send their applications via DM, let them to send a DM by changing the setting of your personal message, if you dont then more newbies will come here to post their application.
You are also responsible for this bunch of applications by newbies, so you need to take an action whether you create a thread in the games and rounds sub board or change your personal message setting.
Otherwise, some people may report your ANN thread because of those application by newbies as it is something against this gambling board's rules.

I deposited $300 on August 13 which I lost (fair). I deposited another $245 (on August 21) and in sportbooks was able to grow my balance to $1250, so I requested a withdrawal of $300 on August 28.
They requested to complete a KYC, which I did and after that I got this email

We hope you're doing well.
Following a thorough review and confirmation from our sportsbook provider, your account has been flagged for value betting/arbitrage/line fall, which is strictly prohibited on our platform. Value betting refers to placing bets that systematically exploit odds discrepancies to gain a consistent advantage.
As a result, your account has been restricted, and you will no longer be able to place bets in the sportsbook.

Someone who is applying in announcement thread is not a real human being. And it is a bot, who doesn't understand anything and only program to post nonsense (applications). And if you check the Altcoin Bounty Section, you will many of them.
