Its not all about signature campaign since even scam casino can do that, what can actually build the confidence of people to trust their casino is the way how they handle the issues. If they able to show that they can solve those issues more faster than any other casino or their competitors for sure that people would leave some positive feedback towards their actions done.

So aside for spending money on marketing they better pay attention on their support side since no people would like to play in their casino especially if they offer shitty services. But so far this casino is doing well and as what we have seen gamblers here are satisfied to gamble in their casino.
I also don't really understand why people here often suggest opening a signature campaign to new casino first instead of focusing on building trust with the players. A casino can definitely survive without a sig campaign just look at this one, which has been running since September and is trying to build trust through various promotions. From what I know, if you join a sig campaign from a casino with a bad reputation, you can also get tagged just for promoting them. You don't need to rush to join.

But by running a campaign is one form of reputation building, the longer they do the campaign the better for reputation building, because they will get reviews from patrons on the forum and also complaints that they must resolve, because of course there are always people who complain and systems that fail or others that are always a problem for casinos
Reputation takes a long time to build from business development, customer support to marketing but it can be destroyed very quickly. I agree that a casino reputation can be built up with time especially with active signature campaigns or other marketing initiatives but there are some casinos self-destroyed their reputation by treating their users badly and also refused to handle scam accusations against their business.

JackPotter are doing great things here and hopefully they will continue their business development including reputation in this forum well enough with time.
Of course, the campaign can stop at any time, it doesn't matter and won't affect the reputation in net terms, but the point is that their service must be in accordance with what they are passionate about which is a fair casino and able to provide logical explanations to its customers who have problems, have complaints and make accusations, not all are served well, because some of them may just be fraud to bring down the Jackpotter but if it is really a case that can be verified the truth then casino is obliged to take care of it without harming customers, that is the formation of a very good reputation and will be stored in the long run, people will also see credible data to interpret a casino has a good reputation.

...
I never stop to agree on this mate but we have to understand also that for a campaign to be running for a long time by a casino then they must be seeing positive results effected through the campaign. Much times why casino stop maintaining signature campaigns is due to inefficient results, hence they strategies other ways they can continue to build their reputation while still keeping their ANN thread engaged and responding to complaints and making solutions.

was your region/country restricted on their casino when you asked their support?
His verification was approved, indicating he wasn't a citizen of a prohibited country.

Quote
Given the fact that they allowed you to use VPN, but when you tried to withdraw from their casino, they couldn't allow you to withdraw.
In this guy situation, a VPN no longer protected his privacy from the casino. However, using a VPN is still necessary in certain situations, such as when he was on vacationin in a country prohibited by the casino's ToS or the casino site is blocked by ISP, while he plans to bet on online matches.
Note: I'm not saying this was the cause of his withdrawal issues.
Depending how and when the verification was approved in some cases like this, the casino may have approved the verification based on the document presented, but the location of the gambler is a restricted one this can be the cause of the lock of the account in some cases, and to get that resolved the player must go back to the country of origin and write to sulpyfor some consideration depending.

Let's just say numbers are close to what your got as a freebet...

As of how much it paid, I got 2.5 usdt meaning from that $800 pool, we had 320Β  finds of the jackpot letters meaning it's not a tough one for anyone that wants to put their name on the jackpot .

That a big number of total winners especially for a new site like Jackpotter, I thought that the number of winners will not be that much so 1 winner may win like $10 at least by finding all the letters. It means that to win $10, we need to collect those letters 4x each during the week Wondering if there are some players who manage to win double or tripple reward from this jackpot pool, if there are some, how many mystery boxes they played during the week? Must be a lotΒ

This is a new case for me, and I don't imagine someone submitting verification and then suddenly being in another country moments later. Or maybe I misinterpreted your explanation. More likely, the casino would reject or delay the verification approval.

If you're referring to a freeze on a verified account, I've already explained that VPNs are useful for preventing this.

Well done jackpotter, it shows you guys do mean business this time around, lol . I think this will get a lot of users here rilled up and participating. The process of claiming is very simple although the wager requirement is what gonna discourage me (30x) which is quite normal for your everyday casino but am just not lucky when it comes to claiming free spins but I will still give it a try though, I mean who knows if this time would be different. 😁

No hyperlink? Really? Hate it when we manually need to type in and check the site ourselves. Anyway, I do like the ANN presentation along with the site design though the promotions on the sportsbook side are lacking.

Also, what about your KYC policy? Surprising that there's no mention of it in the ANN when it's one of the most important parts of crypto gambling sites these days.

Jackpotter isn't a casino that should be considered new since I've been seeing their signature ads on different profiles around this forum, but this is actually my first time coming across this thread on this board..

And since it's my first time here, it's not too late to say a warm welcome to the forum, though the casino should be the one welcoming me since I am a new potential customer 😁
Anyways, the Ann thread design is absolutely stunning, very beautiful to say the least, and the website too is not bad either, I love the design and the color choices, kudos to the builders the site and to the brains behind the casino, I will definitely sign up late and give the casino a try when I get some extra fund to spend on gambling, until then, wishing the casino good success.

You are correct Jackpotter is not completely new because their signatures have been noticeable throughout the forum since a long time. Nevertheless, it is pleasant to have their ANN thread in such a good first impression. The layout is minimalistic, corporate, and attractive. It should be mentioned that the team did the real work in presentation. They will hopefully keep on developing the platform in the right way.

I read their rules for getting the 30 free spins. Apart from the required 30× wager, the free spins themselves only need you to submit a list of gamblers who want to receive
the 30 free spins at Jackpotter, and the usage of those spins is limited to 24β€―hours.

I’m not sure if the required 30× wager also has to be met within 24β€―hours. Also, the KYC process requires you to qualify for Levelβ€―2 verification so you can’t start gambling
until your account is fully verified on this casino. Is that correct?

This will be a big problem when you are gambling from a different region from the location of the document you submitted.
This can make a casino to look at your account with suspicion of whether the document you submitted is not from the real user of the account or the account holder is an impersonator. This can be described and comprehended in different ways with a bigger consequence. I gat your point but it's a little bit confusing when you relate it to how people will see it.

If their documents can point out that they came from that restricted regions then I think that means they cannot gamble.

Since for what I know the restriction done is base on citizenship or residency and not its current physical location.

So if they know that there country has been restricted better not to gamble in that casino since for sure they provably encounter lots of issues. Better search for a casino that allowed them because I think that is best solution rather than taking a risk to gamble on a compliant casino.
