That's probably just copied from the Terms & Conditions of a similar casino or other service that also accepts fiat payments. Sounds pretty good. The quick response in every obstacle obtained by Alaka players is small in size is very expected. From the experience that ever existed, usually when a complaint occurs, people complain by accompanying the statement that the casino is difficult to contact and even takes days to respond.
