I said this earlier as well, and I would like to repeat myself here: A casino platform that has a good customer support will usually have a good reputation, and the reason for that is very simple. When a customer approaches the customer representatives with a problem, they expect their problem to get solved quickly and they should receive satisfactory responses from the agent they talk to. Now, if they get what they are looking for, they will be happy, stay in the casino and will also say good things about it whenever they see a discussion about it.

On the contrary, if customers' problems don't get solved quickly and they don't feel satisfied with the customer support, that will damage the reputation of the casino and those customers will keep saying this everywhere, and they will also stop using the platform after that. So, customer support plays a great role at building the reputation of a brand, whether it's a casino or something else.

Not necessarily true, having accusations in the past doesn’t automatically mean that a site will never be able to redeem themself again. Let’s use a different example, if a site fails to satisfy their customers and then got lots of compliant during their early days, those complaints won’t keep the site from scaling or growing what matters the most is what the site or the company does with those complaints they got. If they simply just brush it off then it means they are not ready for business but if they look into the complaints and solve all the issues then they will most likely do well in the future without any issues.

In fact this is very important for players, when I take part in a promo at a new casino and win some kind of bonus, the first thing I do is check how their withdrawals work. If I see that mandatory verification is required, I just go to a slot right away and lose the entire bonus. Actually that was a huge amount even mine I made a recently withdrawal last January just waiting for the approval and just few minutes upon confirmation I already received the funds immediately. Hoping they add too a level for urgency so people can get a chance for a lesser fees well even tho stated on the FAQ's already it has a fix fees.

I think it's important to differentiate when talking about promotions.  bonuses always come with their own terms and conditions, period. However, regarding CoinRoyale's contests (BTT), I’ve never had any issues; they are quite user-friendly in that regard.
