I always get "Something went wrong! Try again later" So what is the reason for that, I tried to use it with several browsers.
The maximum amount is 1.7 bitcoins, which is more than $25,000 per transaction, which is a relatively large amount without verifying identity. Are BitSwitch.io a stand-alone platform or are you working API for other platforms in the background?

If you depend on other platforms, it is impossible to pass this amount without verifying identity.

Indeed, BitSwitch.io exchange does not require registration, you need to know tricks like the ones you apply in BitSwitch.io exchange, prone to theft.

I'm not accusing BitSwitch.io of stealing coins, but I've seen some exchanges without registration, but in the end, if a user exchanges a large amount of coins, let's say an exchange rate of $10,000, the below system will be applied.

I saw BitSwitch.io, implement KYC system.
Quote
BitSwitch may request KYC. Although KYC is not mandatory to use the service, BitSwitch reserves the right to require KYC for a certain user at a certain moment and may block funds. May be that a transaction is detected as suspicious or any other reason.

In this case, check if refunds without KYC are available.

KYC-RELATED TERMS OF SERVICE
AML/KYC
is not mandatory to use the Our Service but BitSwitch.io reserves the right to require AML/KYC when detect suspicious activities or for any other reason.

BitSwitch.io is entitled to apply any combination of AML/KYC procedures based on a risk category of a client and on a risk-based approach to each client of BitSwitch.io.

In accordance with the applicable laws and the requirements of international organizations, BitSwitch.io may, where appropriate and without the obligation of obtaining the client’s approval or notifying the client, notify regulating and/or law enforcement agencies of any suspicious transactions.

What is certain is that we are tired of fighting, where several KYC systems for users fail and end up losing the value of the coins being exchanged, aka stolen. Who, wants to deal with kyc failure.

Hopefully BitSwitch.io is not the case.

Well, they do depend on other platforms so... technically the KYC issue may come up any time. One just has to be ready in case especially by reading all the terms and conditions of all their third party providers. It's a whole new level of hustle getting your coins swapped, isn't it?

This is what they say in their terms and conditions

Use of third-party providers

We MAY use third-party liquidity providers for some exchanges that are not owned or controlled by BitSwitch.io in case of lack of local reserves.

BitSwitch.io has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of services or practices of any third party services. You further acknowledge and agree that BitSwitch.io shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

List of third-party liquidity providers that we may use in case of lack of local reserves: binance.com, coinbase.com, houbi.com, sushi.com, uniswap.org, dodoex.io, simpleswap.io, fixedfloat.com, changenow.io

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that listed as our third-party liquidity providers.

We may not notice you final liquidity provider for every exchange.

In case of any issue not resolvable by ourself, we will provide you necessary information for direct support from third-party provider.

This sounds very exciting, most of the third parties that have been mentioned require identity verification, so I don't know what to say to the support team.
Hello, I used a third party and my money has been frozen? Or what? I expected that the provider would be one party and that the application would be its interface, but several parties would increase the risks, and so on.

Two years down the road, and they didn't even bother responding to you (to us) so I guess they are guilty as charged

Personally, I would rather use the “third party” provider rather than use them for 2 reasons
1. I know they will require for KYC from me, so I don't have to be shocked at one point.
2. I know whom I am dealing with
3. I don't have to pay for extra frees created by the pseudo exchange provider.

We never said we don’t have a KYC process — rather, we request it in certain cases based on our ToS but this rarely happens.
You and other friends accused us of stealing without any proof but as you mentioned, we’ve been operating for more than two years now!
We're working on reducing costs and hope to offer better prices in the near future also hope to speed up exchange process.
We are at start and need support not accusations

I don't think you're accused of anything. You're just asked legitimate questions and clarifications, which you chose to ignore for years.

You're working to reduce costs and offer better prices. That's not a problem. People here are also doing their small part in making sure what's offered to the community is safe, reliable, and trustworthy.

You're at the start. You should be grateful people are inquiring about your platform. Questions are opportunities for you to further explain your services, and hopefully build trust. I guess that's support enough.

Someone talked about verification. You said nothing, so I looked up the terms of service and responded. I don't think provided any wrong information.

Can you point out any accusation where I said that you stole any funds? Read again what I posted, please… And I am not friends with anyone. I am just a forum member just like you or any other person here.

When members ask questions, try to respond to them and stop making false allegations that I accused you of scamming.

It’s been 4 years that we’ve been with you! BitSwitch.io is always ready to serve you!

Wow!

It's been four years, but the thread has not reached one page yet. I believe the reason is too obvious, OP. You do not engage with the community members and do not answer the questions. A business needs to engage with the community and answer questions, even if it is negative. If you take a look at other exchange threads, you will notice that most casinos thread has reached 10+ pages, and some of them even reached 30+ pages. It's because they choose to engage with the community, which helps them get more exposure on the forum.

I would recommend that you post regular updates, which you just did earlier today, and engage with the community. Also, run some promotional campaigns on the forum if you have the budget. This helps your brand get more exposure on the forum. Good luck BitSwitch.

I don't know if it's just me or I have the domain names mistaken, but I think there was another Bitswitch before 2022. I will try to look it up and see what happened

They probably just prefer logging in once a year, posting a line or two, and then logging out. The marketing is so wanting, especially with so many competitors in the field right now.
