@Rollbitcom8 I think you are not very active on the forum, anyway, the point is, Rollbit don't accept emails from "AOL" it's strange, I just wanted to know why?
Now, I asked this in support and the answer was simple, they don't support it now the funny thing is that I have an "Aol" email registered.
I was able to get my account back, luckily, but I didn't get any update that I should change it.
I would guess that bitcointalk is not their only place and they are not giving their full power here, which makes sense because when you think about it, there are more places and other places that could make them do a lot better. This isn't really a place that could make it work for a long time, it's just not possible to make it work with only one forum.@Rollbit Razer usually active at least once a week but it seems he more often responds to accusations against Rollbit and Hhampuz also monitors all the threads he manages including Rollbit so don't worry to leave any question here. Regarding updates or newsletters from Rollbit I also never received any email updates even though I used @gmail so it doesn't depend on what email we use, they are more active on social media that's the only way to get updates.@Rollbitcom8 I think you are not very active on the forum, anyway, the point is, Rollbit don't accept emails from "AOL" it's strange, I just wanted to know why?

I am not saying there is another place where they put all their effort into, I am just saying they distribute it to many other places. This is why they only take a look at things that seems serious, like complaints and accusations which they have to find a middle ground and show they are a legit casino.

Well in fact alot of sites owner rarely put in any effort in bitcointalk anymore. You dont really see Stunna around anymore as well as wetsuit because they have someone to run the thread for them but in Rollbit's case I think Hhampuz probably will notify the owner if there is anything that they need to deal with so yeah. It doesnt actually matter that much even if they around though
An official way and place to get support is an official website of a platform. They can have chat support, support ticket system and any user has to start from those support tools. Bitcointalk or anywhere else is useful but only as secondary support places which should not be considered as a first place to start with when a customer needs any support. Most of those casinos have assigned person to handle their campaigns that's why they don't see the need to became more active when they see that the person they hire is doing really fine here. But if there's issue come up most of the casino representative come up here and explain the situation about what happen on certain cases that's why we see some of them find out that they abuse the casino and some legitimate cases has been solve.
Yes, I think to respond to easy things they don't need to step in to solve it because there is a team or representative from the site owner who will provide the right advice to users who have problems, for example directing them to the support service on the site which may be more responsive than this forum, but That doesn't mean they are no longer active. Sometimes, if there are serious allegations and clarification is needed, in the end they will be active again and resolve each case.I am not saying there is another place where they put all their effort into, I am just saying they distribute it to many other places. The best thing to do is to raise the concern on the site's support. As you've said and based on experience, they're more responsive there to answer the concerns. However, some gamblers are not satisfied or thinking they have been wronged, resorting to raise their concerns here or on other platform. Though, usually casinos with an existing ANN thread have a representative here, but you have to wait for them to be online to see your issue.Yes, I think to respond to easy things they don't need to step in to solve it because there is a team or representative from the site owner who will provide the right advice to users who have problems, for example directing them to the support service on the site which may be more responsive than this forum, but That doesn't mean they are no longer active. Moreover, it is enough to complain in the casino ANN thread on this forum, whatever it is, so that the community and representatives of the site owner can help with all complaints and questions from all users, sometimes for cases that are big and quite problematic, it will usually be followed up on their site, but if there is no response will usually end up in a thread of fraud accusations and will definitely attract the attention of representatives of the site owner.
Those of the tokens, I think they are messing with the cryptocurrency market, with the tokens, all this, because here there is something that gives security and that is the casino, as long as there is and exists a casino as good as this one, it is more It is reliable to say that this casino can make a difference in every way, with respect to the Rollbit support part it is very good, personally I can say that when I had a problem, everything was resolved in the best way, and what What I liked the most was that the solutions were very fast, this is just what I like the most, because they don't usually make things so difficult, sometimes there are things that a bot tells you, and then when you go through it with someone from support, you don't Once again, this is annoying, because in a casino I consider that customer service is the main thing, to be able to solve problems, this is what we can expect more from a casino, of course there are people who are much more demanding and who always look for casinos like Rollbit, because no matter where you look at them they have great chances of winning,The best thing to do is to raise the concern on the site's support. Anyway, who's active on Twitter here? They're giving away $100 for a lucky user with correct guess on Bitcoin's weekly candle just cast your vote and then reply with your guess. Worth a try since it's easy, who knows, you might become lucky.
To some cases they have responded in this thread as well on scam accusations board also specifying the problems but if gamblers keep abusing the rules team won't help them in that cases and have right to block accounts or if sportsbook provider limits up your account. So playing legitimately on your end would definitely help you to avoid lot of problems.Im pretty aware that most of the problem that people had with Rollbit right now are related to their sportsbook. Probably some people find some loophole on it then most decided to abuse it whatsoever so its fine as long as you dont really abuse anything
One of the recents incident involved people betting at low odds thus making them easier to level up their account then claim bonuses. This is pretty much gray area imo because there isnt any specific rules regarding this but if Rollbit is going to count this as an abuse then I guess they should start rejecting all those low odds betting before it become an issue for them
Or just created a system counted.
In-some casino they only counted the winning/lose not based on how much waggering you are made, even we all know waggering with low odds example like 1.01 we still lose the money. In-stake you are not getting these problem, but in rollbit you found these as the problem. If they care so much about these one, why not just created a system waggering counted only for the winning/losing
Example 1.01 Odds:
Bet 100$
Win = 101$ & Lose = 100$
If you win, the waggering only counted 1$
If you lose, the waggering counted 100$
The progress waggering counted based on how much you are win/losing not bet.
^ I think what the book could do is limit how much each person could bet as soon as the match is getting close to end. Like if in a football match if the game still has around 20 mins to go, they could prolly take in more action than if the match has just 5 mins left. If the books feel like they're getting taken advantage of, then limit the market to take only up to an amount for each bet the book is comfortable taking. It's a money game...
But dunno... That's just me, I'm not sure if everybody would agree tho.
