This won't take longer than 5 minutes. They just want to verify whether the person you have submitted on the KYC documents is real and alive, and not some random guy's information being submitted to their site in order to get their accounts verified. This never happened to me, though it happened once on an exchange platform when I wanted to withdraw a few thousand dollars from the platform albeit only completing the basic verification process (this is a local exchange).

Far as I know, yes, this is true. Video KYC is an "additional" KYC to verify that the data being submitted is indeed matched the person on the other side of the KYC and not a bought documents. And far as I know too, there's not necessarily much need of english proficiency, they mostly just wanted to see the user on the screen and probably asked simple questions if necessary that's basically around simple english.

If all of the documents you submitted is legit and truly yours, there's no need to be worried.

Of course, Rollbit has a good prize system where players win more prizes due to their luck. I saw a guy yesterday who bet $250 from Razor returned, and won $50,000 in 200x multiplier. It was really the biggest prize for the person who won a big bet, Rollbit offers really great prizes. But if the percentage of referral bonus is low then it is not bad, but it is a trustworthy gambling platform. Also, if you invite your friend to a gambling platform, if that platform cheats, then everything will be lost. So I think you should be satisfied with the fact that you invited your friend to a trusted platform, and you got a small referral bonus.

I asked about this with support and you get 10% of the house edge of the wagered amount from the referred user. The calculation sounds about right if your friend wager on a 1% house edge game but I doubt that anyone would wager $165k solely on 1% HE dice games but yeah I guess they decreased it due to all those bonuses they gave

I would say there are different systems for each casinos and we can make comparisons but I would say at least you got something where some casinos are there who won't pay you any single penny for it.

Nah its not possible, there wont be any point of referring another player if a casino is not giving something back for the player thus all casino actually reward atleast 10% from the house edge back to encourage more players to refer to the other potential player. Some sites even offer straight profit share to some gambling 'review' site to lure in more players from their site

Thats sad because being limited to 1 dollar per bet is like catching nothing ,
why would they do that? if thats the case then you will have no choice but to find new sportsbook to have at least higher than 1 dollar bet?
this is also a loss for rollbit as they will be  losing another players just because of this limiting .
hope they will allow you to play more and higher your bet sooner.

Yes, maybe that's the only way to get an answer why the bets are limited, if there really is a system that detects fraudulent behavior there must be some reason, after all, their CS is quite active recently making tickets and they responded well, no problem, I'm also sure that they will explain very well what the actual problem with limit bets is.

I think if you don't get a reply here complaining about any problems it will also be useless in this thread, make a ticket or ask their CS directly so they can solve the real problem why the account and bets are limited, because it's impossible for rollbit to do that if there's no reason certain. there must be a reason that might be understandable.

Lol.  You must be one of the sharpest guys in the site for them to limit you below 1 USD.  I recommended one of my close friends who makes 500 - 1k per bet to use Rollbit and he has been raking it in for a nice clip in MMA and there's no shenanigans like what you experienced going on.  

Aaanyway...  You guys have any idea when Rollbit is gonna have another NFT collection up?  I think the next collection could be a big one if what I'm thinking is gonna happen.

I just deposit 4.2k then play sportsbook, place around 40 value bets (each bet 50-100 usd) some win some lose, total balance around 4.9k in 2 days then they limit my max bet below 1 usd. I think i just normal for soft bookmaker not really surprise me, i have asked they support they just say they sportsbook provider place limit in my account, thats it

If the sportsbook provider has set up limitations to your account then Rollbit might not help in that case but you can ask for more help to see if they can lift up the restrictions or is it for any specific period of time? Or if you have violated any rule in regards to your betting system? Don't know much about it but hope you clear the issue soon.
