You are not reading correctly. I did kyc because kyc is done by third party and they told several times on discord they got no access to it. Thats why I choose to play there.  I would never did kyc with some anonymous bookie that can leak or come to me as crypto holder to raid me.They even cant do KYC themselves (thats why they point 3rd party to do it) to EU citizens as they are not holders of GDPR license. So I am asking also whats the point in video call when they cant even verify me. They got no access to GDPR protected KYC remember? Do not forget here that - only first instance court takes place in Curacao then they are under Supreme Court of Netherlands on EU soil - they got final say. On our side, we can see multiple, very obvious links to alternative accounts. Yet, you continue to attempt to deceive our support and now the members of this forum by stating you have no other accounts.

For additional context, the alternative accounts we found linked to this player are limited on our sportsbook. Therefore, opening further accounts on Rollbit would be problematic as it's often done to circumvent the limits set by our provider.

We suspect this is why the player insists they have no other accounts, despite the strong links to other accounts.

We're most happy to resolve the situation, but we can only do so if you're willing to be honest with us. Please follow up on the active support ticket you have when ready.

I deposit 500$ days ago. Made it to 1500$ balance. When i tried to withdraw , function was disabled.

My KYC was approved. Still couldnt withdraw. Then i did KYC videocall and when i thought i was going to be able to withdraw my money , i found that balance was just the amount i deposited. They stole the fair money i won. Then disable my account. Scammers

So you were on the video call ? How did it go? What did they ask ? Did they also ask you to show them your crypto accounts or exchange accounts? And what did they tell you,why were you were given only deposits?

This is another pure abuse from their side.

To fanboys stating that casino would never risk or bla bla. Yeah there is not much smartbetting that you can do in Casino. But in sportsbook with or even without promotions - you can clearly make smartbets. - dropping odds, value bets and so. Which is for sure not abusing anything. Even small odds betting is not prohibited.

Every single of this actions result to money being stolen by Rollbit. This is clear sign - that they want only loosing players in their casino/bookie - and every smart actions results to money being stolen. This is unheard of. So far rollbit is known to just very little amount of people and very little amount of those people is performing smartbetting .

Given your history with gambling platforms and your track records, I am asking this with a bucket of salt next to me: did they said you passed the video KYC verification or give any conclusion regarding it?

Some honest people are getting hit by this shit to, and that's is stealing. Just because you run a casino you can't act however you want. But it seems like company that giving them licenses don't give AF. And I can understand them to, they don't want to lose any money.
I could just imagine if  they would start real controls now... I think at least like 15%-20% casinos would had to close on the spot. But probably many many more.
They could steal millions from their customers, if they just do it smart and quite, and it will never ever come up to any authorized company.

It's a very rough big jungle where only the strong can make profit and survive. Threat your honest customers good, because I can assure you it's not only tilted angry kids that create a Scam Accusations against you!
You would still be super rich and make millions of millions of millions, so everyone happy! And your reputation will get 11/10 and that would make you get a lot of more customers to! Come on. I support you!

This is only some cheap ideas, i am sure many many people on this forum is much more into this and is better in worlds and speak then I do.. But we must start somewhere.

I think if casino get scam accusations against them here, it would echo even more outside the forum, and heart the casino alot!
But if noting happens, they the casino would see that they have free hands, nothing happens when they act like this.. so it will excelerate to.......... Yeah... who knows how much more they can go.

But if I can ask some users here, what would you do, if you have some kind of lotto or sports betting like small and private, and some of your clients won big big big, lets say 10BTC you can't cower it at the time, but will in a week or so.. Would you go the right way or easy way? This client is also a legit, honest and good.
But instead of go this way, you start with KYC.. Then you see he passed that. Would you be fine there and wait and cash out? Or start to be greedy and try to get this money in your pocket.
So lets say.. you pay back what he started to bet with, lets say its 1BTC so you could do to give back his 1BTC and keep 9BTC This 9BTC would change a lot in your life... BUT...
Your reputation will not be good, at least for the time, or just cash out the 10BTC to him.. and maybe, just maybe your reputation will bloom! And the future can be very light and good for you since you honest.
But it's not sure at all. Honest way or Easy way? - I am almost positive that on this forum its not only honest replies! So take that in advance.

As I said... I been playing for years. Not a high roller, but play for around $5000 a month and never encounter this problem ever once.

And will all this said, I love to betting... I bet a lot... So it's not that I want all online casinos to shut down, I just want it to be some transparent.

Have a little more patience, you have send lots of messages already.  I bet they will notice it when the casino representative comes around.  If there is a telegram group of the casino then you can join them and message any admin there.  I think they may possibly help you connect to the department that can process your case.

I agree that flooding messages won't help you of anything, instead, it may even annoy them and force them to ignore your messages.
