after reading a post above i tried razed today.
i am a Diamond Shuffle Member, and a Diamond 11 BC game player.
"mark" Head of VIP at razed offered a 15% NO WAGER deposit bonus to come to the site.
I deposit $15,000 was given $2250.
I wagered $5000 in Sports, $5000 in Slots, and $5000 Originals. end balance i was at about 17.500
Went to withdraw $75 there was a hold.
So i said maybe its the currency,
Withdrew $2400 another coin
still a hold.
Finally another VIP host says we marked it ok and sent your funds.
at this point i wasnt comfortable leaving funds on site as i do with shuffle, so i withdrew the rest..
sure enough Mark and MARTIN decide i "absued" the welcome bonus and took it from me ebcause "i only wagered 1x"
THERE WAS NO REQUIREMENTS.
I WOULD STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM RAZED. THIS IS NOW THE SECOND SCAM POST ON THEM FROM MEMBERS IN THIS COMMUNITY.
THE OTHER IS WRITTEN ABOVE.
Member had gotten scammed when reaching a wager target, THEY CLEARLY SCAM BONUSES>
No company tolerates abuse of their platform and bonus programs to customers. Bonuses are distributed for good to legit customers, but not to people who intend to abuse bonus programs and marketing budget of the company. At Razed we take a no tolerance policy on Bonus Abuse, and this does include our welcome offers.
Mark clearly stated to you, that depositing $15,000, claiming the bonus, then wagering 1x of your deposit would not be acceptable.
Clear instruction was given that we expect real gameplay in exchange for the added bonus for you to try Razed at a much lower risk. (15% balance top up)
You proceeded to wager 1.08x on mines to wager 1x of your deposit then withdraw.
I also want to highlight that your entire deposit was refunded with no quarrels, we simply did not give the additional bonus due to lack of gameplay.

Because they do these bonus programs as part of their marketing to help their business, and if customers are legit, they can claim bonuses with some stated conditions. Abuse will be detected and treated fairly by the company but abusers have no reason to complain why they failed to claim it. Your explanation is clear and your treatment in this case is fair enough as I see.

The company actually have more signals for an abuse case, as there is not wrong if a user wants to complete waggering requirement to claim the bonus in a given program by the company. When you expect them to give you the bonus, you have show some loyalty to them. But your main target was to complete the wagering requirement and withdraw the funds as soon as possible.
That is a sign of bonus abuse, which means you will leave the platform after withdrawing your funds regardless of whether they release your withdrawal instantly or not. When you give them the impression that you are leaving the platform without playing, then you are taking the bonus only, which can be considered abuse.
My intentions was znOT to withdraw. But when the $75 withdrawal took forever what else would I feel like. TheyÂve done this to several people. They wave a bonus in front of you and when youÂre done they remove it. They did it to the guy cryptogod above who wagered 2:5 million dollars lol. They are scammers and IÂd stay away:
When the game was not played fair, in this case in user side according to information I read, and assume it is right, refund all deposit amount to the user is a kind solution from the team, before closing that account and refuse to provide your service to the user.I do level with your story and understand why you are frustrated, because you did not get an additional $2250 bonus, although I have clearly explained our POV.
We refunded your deposit in full and it was instantly withdrawn. No harm done.
I have responded in full to cryptogod & yourself. We have done the best we can to remedy the situation in both of these cases.
Many players wish to check out a casino before committing to them, to see if they are legitimate, completely understandable & something I would do too. The same goes for the casino - we often can tell by the first deposit/session if a player is legitimate through countless metrics. In this case, we concluded that the gameplay was non legitimate and did not warrant the additional bonus.
It is a shame that 2 of these situations are so highlighted, and the other 1000 very happy VIP Transfers are not mentioned.
Anyhow, our mission remains the same - to provide the highest value & service to players.
The company actually have more signals for an abuse case, as there is not wrong if a user wants to complete waggering requirement to claim the bonus in a given program by the company.
They have user data, activities that can be used together with other metrics in their access, to analyze potential abuse cases from users, and they will only make a conclusion of abuse if there are enough solid proofs of suspicious abuse activities.
A company has all tools to do that, from their Terms of Service, Terms of program like bonus, and many mechanic, digital tools to do things against user abusement. As user, you need to obey to their terms, and don't try to cheat them, because in the end, you will fail. It's big risk and if you know that, no reason to do this at beginning as troubles wait you at the end.Right. Since they have your information and they know how you usually play, but you suddenly do not match your previous pattern, then the casino may suspect you. From the point of view of a player, you may say it is not wrong to complete the wager and withdraw the funds, which I agree. But if you see this from the casino's perspective, that player is not good for their business.
It is not about abuse on their bonus budget, but more importantly about AML against money laundering. If a casino allows users to deposit money, and withdraw it without any bet, any wager requirement, it opens big holes for money laundering.QuoteThe player was invited because they were VIPs on other platforms, and the casino offered him a bonus to be a regular player on their platform. Not to withdraw the funds just after the deposit. I do not want to blame Razed for that. It seems like the community members agree with that point.
