Are you sure you know what you are talking about?  Free bet is a free chance to get money without losing anything.  If we are talking about reality, it is real that if you win with the rewarded free bet you can pocket your winnings.  So where is your point of not winning in a free bet?  There are lots of instance where a person given with free bets win a huge amount when they get lucky,  If you look at other threads and announcement, there are posts that shows their winnings with the given free bets by the casino.

No, it is still better to use free bet if possible than using our own money in gambling.  If we lose with free bet, then technically we don't lose anything at all, and at best if we win, we win from nothing because we don't spend a dime since we used free bets to win.

I think you will agree that accusing the casino without evidence no one will believe you, so you need to post proof that you made a deposit at the casino, you have to post photos of the conversations you had with support, you have to post photos of your account if you you took pictures of your account before they banned you, it's important that you have this proof so that people believe you, you also didn't give details like: how much money you deposited, how much money you won, how much money you tried to withdraw from casino

Did you perhaps join from a country that's blacklisted? Are you over 18? Fake id? Multiple accounts / arbitrage betting? Abusing bonuses? Did you read the tos or did you think you didn't need to?

If you have done a honest mistake maybe it's better to come clean then try to hide it and make things worse. If casino has done a honest mistake i am sure they will fix it. [/quote]Yeah i think you are correct, when laying a serious accusations on you being scammed, you need to provide really substantial proof on your claim so that the community and the casino you are accusing can take note and check on the issue you have represented. They are many reasons why a casino will have withheld your deposit as i have seen so many cases before and many of these were as a result of arbitrage betting and this goes against the casino policy so they had to block the account involved in it.  So man just provide some concrete evidence on your claim. For me rollbit is a reliable casino and i feel they might be something fishy about your account if truly they had withheld your deposit as you claim.

Yeah i think you are correct, when laying a serious accusations on you being scammed, you need to provide really substantial proof on your claim so that the community and the casino you are accusing can take note and check on the issue you have represented. They are many reasons why a casino will have withheld your deposit as i have seen so many cases before and many of these were as a result of arbitrage betting and this goes against the casino policy so they had to block the account involved in it. Did you perhaps join from a country that's blacklisted? Are you over 18? Fake id? Multiple accounts / arbitrage betting? Abusing bonuses? Did you read the tos or did you think you didn't need to?

If you have done a honest mistake maybe it's better to come clean then try to hide it and make things worse. If casino has done a honest mistake i am sure they will fix it. But i understand that waiting could be agonizing. Just stay calm and provide all the proof you can and be as transparent as you can.

I understand that they may think they did nothing wrong, because it is not as clear as pointing a gun at someone, but they need to read the rules a lot more clearly before they gamble, so that they would know if they did something wrong or not. I have seen people who had multiple accounts who got banned and honestly didn't know that was wrong, that's funny to me because I read all the rules any casino I play in presents to make sure I never break any of them.
