I never assumed that it wasn't based on preferences, and situational preferences is a real thing as well, like lets say even if you preferred PC in general, when you are at work or at somewhere that you do not have access to your PC but have free time, mobile phone is the way to go.That's why we have different preference when playing and in your case you're more comfortable in desktop. Well, I don't usually play in desktop because i'm often at work, so mobile is suited me the most especially when at home I like the idea that I can gamble while lying in bed. Rollbit has a user friendly mobile version the reason why it's not a problem for me to play even in small screen. It really doesn't matter how much you optimize because I have big hands and phone screens are quite small, which means no matter how amazingly you optimize it, and how responsive you think it is, the screen size of a phone itself is not big enough to justify me playing there. iPads are a bit better, they are bigger in size at least and I can understand that but I never used it, well I used it before at my friends and all, but never owned one because I never needed it so far.
However, if we are talking about PC? Well that is just perfect, huge screen, total control, everything on screen. It's just unfair comparison and my choice is clear in this regard.
In my case, I tend to access the casino using my mobile phone rather than using my PC. We all seem to deal with mobile phones more than PCs and mobile phones have accompanied us everywhere making it easier to access anything including casinos. It does tend to come down to individual preference, and so far as comfort I've tended to use my phone to access the casino.I never assumed that it wasn't based on preferences, and situational preferences is a real thing as well, like lets say even if you preferred PC in general, when you are at work or at somewhere that you do not have access to your PC but have free time, mobile phone is the way to go.
I just wanted to point out that if you are capable of playing on your PC, like lets say you are at home and you have nothing to do and you can open up your PC and open up your phone, both are possible, there are STILL people who prefer the phone option. That is true, and I understand they do, I just do not understand why because it's visibly different and much bigger with details on PC, it's fine though, maybe it's just me and that's okay.
There was once a thread that discussed which devices was the most preferred https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5330179.0 PC, Laptop, Phone or Tablet but that thread was already two years ago with the most choices being PCs and in my opinion PCs and Laptops both provide wider visibility than tablets or Mobile Phone.I never assumed that it wasn't based on preferences, and situational preferences is a real thing as well, like lets say even if you preferred PC in general, when you are at work or at somewhere that you do not have access to your PC but have free time, mobile phone is the way to go.

They blocked my account and took my money. They accused me of creating multiple accounts. Even though I signed up for the first time. Terrible casino, I lost with them, and when I won a little, I tried to withdraw money, they immediately blocked it.

Why is it that it's always, ALWAYS a brand new account that's always "accused" of multiple accounts, always has KYC problems, and always has withdrawal problems? I believe many people in the forum would be very patient in handling each of their situations. Where did the brand new accounts come from?
You are free to open a scam accusation on this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 but just note that you need to have a strong case. You can also provide screenshots of your conversations with the customer support so other members can follow the story. I don't guarantee it will work but who knows if Rollbit management will take another look at your case.I passed KYC+, they requested an additional selfie with the caption "For rollbit" and after that they write several accounts. Someone verified for me while I was sleeping? Why is it that it's always, ALWAYS a brand new account that's always "accused" of multiple accounts, always has KYC problems, and always has withdrawal problems? I think it's not just about the trends, but more about how we started to use phones more in our regular life, and that means everything else started to be in the phones to get some screen time. If people are spending hours and hours everyday on their phones checking instagram and tiktok, then it makes sense for casinos to have a good app or responsive website to get people to gamble there as well. There was once a thread that discussed which devices was the most preferred https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5330179.0 PC, Laptop, Phone or Tablet but that thread was already two years ago with the most choices being PCs and in my opinion PCs and Laptops both provide wider visibility than tablets or Mobile Phone.
Maybe now the trend has changed so that more will choose to play with mobile phones, but laptops are my main choice because the big screen makes it more comfortable when playing.
but at this Rollbit I am quite satisfied gambling using my phone. maybe some people are not satisfied with the appearance and selection buttons or menu buttons that look small or don't appear on the phone screen because they are too small.but all of that goes back to their respective uses. if you are more often at home or in front of a computer screen, the best choice is the desktop.
but I myself am more often outside the house and I don't use a computer at the office so my best choice is a cell phone.
what is certain for me is using a desktop or cellphone to gamble on Rollbit it's all fine the most important thing is using a strong network and FHD screen resolution.
anyway i often bet on sports betting too using my phone and everything is fine
Doesn't the lack of detailed, many-optional control feel a bit off to you personally, when gambling on your smartphone? Your smartphone has a small screen so the interface is an obstacle to user experience and that is why the casinos need to cut out so many options. Options, which you would get on a laptop or a desktop computer. When it comes to sports betting, the mobile phone sounds like a nightmare. I would give up because I need more buttons, more screen, more options and a detailled overview of what is going on.
